We do not charge a cleaning fee. Our only request is that the home is picked up & the garbage is thrown in the dumpster in the parking garage.

Load dishes into the dishwasher & leave dirty sheets on top of the beds.
Our cleaners LOVE leftover food, so please feel free to leave the good stuff. You can toss the rest.

5 Stars - The home was well represented in the description and pictures and the owner was attentive and tried to resolve any issues that arose in a timely manner.
4 Stars - The pictures weren't truly representative of the home and there are a number of issues that the owner didn't try to help with in a timely manner. (Airbnb & VRBO don't feature listings with anything lower than a 4.5)
3 Stars or less - This serves as a warning to future guests: the home's description and photos are misleading and fail to reflect the actual condition of the property. There are numerous serious issues that the homeowner has chosen to neglect, showing a clear disregard for the guest experience and overall property maintenance. Proceed with caution.
