Almost every question our guests ask. Tap a question to open it.
Important: our HOA requires parking passes. They're in a basket on the counter. Please fill one out and put it on your dashboard.
Pull into the driveway and go up past our parking garage (on your right), take a left and go about 100 ft to the end. Our home is the first unit in the building on the right.
Parking is free and unassigned. 2 cars maximum, and only one car in the indoor garage. Both cars must have passes. An ice scraper is in the ski locker; please put it back.
Walk out the front door, click in and look over your right shoulder for the trail to Deer Valley. Skiing back includes a 200 yard walk to a private trail.
Book lift tickets early! Deer Valley limits tickets and lessons, and they sell out.
Ikon Pass holders need a reservation for Deer Valley.

If Wi‑Fi isn't working, the router is in the Great Room, to the right of the glass desk, under or beside the glass cabinet. Unplug it to restart. If that doesn't fix it, let us know and we'll call Xfinity.
Use the up and down arrows on the keypad to change the temperature (up to 104°). The only other button you need is for the bubbles.
Important: take the cover off 45 minutes before you get in and run the bubbles so chlorine fumes can clear. They can cause dizziness and nausea otherwise.
When you're done, turn it down to 101° and put the cover back on, or it gets cold and is hard to heat back up.
The Nest thermostat is downstairs in the hallway. Twist it to the temperature you want. We run hot at night and keep it at 64°, but find what works for you.
There's no A/C. At about 8,500 feet it's rarely needed.
Bunk room cold? Keep the bunk room closet door shut. Extra comforters and a space heater are in that closet.
The quickest way to warm up the upstairs. It's gas, so please don't put logs in it.
To light: press the red button on the HEAT‑GLO controller (on the white wood wall to the right of the fireplace) twice. To turn off: press it twice again. Sometimes you have to repeat it.
We have a Technivorm Moccamaster, a bean grinder and a Keurig for a quick cup if you're late for first tracks.
Technivorm tip: 5 scoops for 10 cups. Grind on medium, to the size of salt or coarse sand. Most store ground coffee is too fine.
RO water faucet: no need to buy bottled water. The separate tap in the kitchen gives you filtered drinking water.
There are 5 TVs. The Great Room has cable; the den and the 3 bedrooms have smart TVs for the streaming services you subscribe to.
Switching the Great Room TV between streaming and cable takes a few steps, so we made a video.
Connect to our Wi‑Fi SkiRidgepoint and choose the room Family Room.
Turn on the yellow power strip on the floor on the right side of the machine. Then press the red Start Game button on the right side, below the balls.
Tip: aim for the lit up holes for more points.
When finished, unplug it. Otherwise it plays sound effects for hours and can burn out the fan.
Please don't store skis and poles in the home. Use the lockable ski locker in the outside hallway.
Both keys hang on hooks near the kitchen sink: the red one says Ski Locker, the blue one says Pool Key. Please put them back.
In the wood chest in the middle bedroom (with the queen bed) and the white chest in the primary bedroom.
In the bunk room closet, or behind the bunk room door.
Two large dumpsters are inside the parking garage.
Workers, packages and snow. We manage the home remotely from California, so making sure repair people show up is priceless. We don't monitor it for petty stuff, and you won't end up on YouTube for belting out Bohemian Rhapsody in the entryway.
Prices may change.
The bus is free to downtown and around Park City. The stop is a 4 minute walk at Royal St. and Sterling Dr. Take the stairs across from the tennis court up to Sterling, turn left and walk 200 feet to the stop on Royal.
The bus back to our home is the Orange bus. It usually runs every half hour. Check the schedule for the last bus so you don't get stuck downtown.
Whole Foods, Smith's, Walmart, The Market and Fresh Market, plus delivery options.
Mobile Luggage Valet stores or delivers your luggage and ski gear. Perfect for early check in or late check out.
FedEx is usually cheapest. Don't use USPS unless shipping to Mobile Luggage Valet, since the Post Office doesn't deliver up the mountain to our home. Lugless is another option. Get quotes from FedEx, UPS and Lugless.
Note: ship to Mobile Luggage Valet unless delivery is guaranteed the day you arrive, since nobody is on site to receive packages.
We don't want a rule book. We just ask that you treat our home like it's yours. Four rules matter to us:
